I have a washer that needs service and called sears warranty to get it fix, horrible… Customer service is of utmost unprofessional and not knowledgeable to handle an issue. Issue was far beyond reach literally speaking, can’t even reach to the right person to help us out. Technician not showing up and no phone call at all, not even when no show, no one called. This is beyond frustration.

This is a total scam. I have had 2 breakdowns in the last 6 months and the first one was the sump pump. I have a whole house warranty. That claim was denied. I didn’t fight it. Now my furnace is broken and it needs a part. Claim was denied. I called in as a customer looking for a new home warranty. I recorded the conversation. 100 percent parts and labor on a furnace. So why am I still without heat? I want this furnace fixed. Just because Sears is protected under the bankruptcy you want to scam people now?
