Sears home warranty is not worth your money. I have a washer that needs service and called sears warranty to get it fix, horrible… Customer service is of utmost unprofessional and not knowledgeable to handle an issue. All of this info is not true. This is a total scam. I have had 2 breakdowns in the last 6 months and the first one was the sump pump. I have a whole house warranty. That claim was denied. I didn’t fight it. Now my furnace is broken and it needs a part. Claim was denied. I called in as a customer looking for a new home warranty. I recorded the conversation. 100 percent parts and labor on a furnace. So why am I still without heat? I want this furnace fixed. Just because Sears is protected under the bankruptcy you want to scam people now?
