Ally may not charge fees but they create artificially low sell prices and high buy prices

Ally threatens customers with restricting their account if customers give out their user info & then stated I could find another firm simply because I read Ally policy & found where it contradicts their threats. Ally workers should be able to disclose all policies to the customer upon request. I have emails from Ally stating an unwritten policy that customers have to abide by. FINRA states policies to be upheld must be disclosed to customers. Ally state they don’t have to write all policies down. Ally Online Banking Service Agreement pdf file states:

“C. Access to Online Banking Services and Your Obligations…
 Authorized Transactions: …If you give someone your Online Banking
Service username, password and/or other security devices or credentials, you are authorizing
that person to use the Online Banking Service in your name, and you are responsible for all
transactions the person performs using your Online Banking Service username, password… All transactions performed by that person, even those
transactions you did not intend or want performed, are authorized transactions.”

In reply to Kumpulan Remaja. Hi Kumpulan - You should be able to do the transfer, easily I'd think. But check with Ally Bank and Ally Invest and see how to do it quickly.

So with Tradeking getting bought out by Ally who is 2nd or 3rd best? I hate Ally & want to get my money out of there ASAP.
I went to sell a stock today and Ally won’t even let me see my stuff unless I agree to go solely electronic & I don’t have access to a printer. I’m not going to Kinko’s to print out my financial statements.
